Locations International, the cold caller from Marbella

warning4

A new dubious resale company has been detected by the name of Locations International.

This company is cold calling timeshare consumers with the story of buyers lined up and if you want to sell, this is the time as we have somebody interested in just your membership.

Stories that sound too good to be true, but of course when you are looking for a resale, why not believe them?

The only issue is that for completion of this sale the company Locations International needs an upfront guarantee payment, to avoid the owners pulling out of the sale.

This guarantee payment is around the £1500

And guess what? Yes you already know…once the payment has been done, there is no sale and the buyers have either fallen ill or cannot get the money together for the purchase. But the payment is not refunded to the timeshare owner.

Contact details of Locations International are telephone 0034 951 249 036 and they claim to be based at the Parque commercial La Cañada, 29600 Marbella, Spain.

For a successful “sales agent” it is surprising to see that they do not have a website at all and their email address is a g-mail account locationsinternationales@gmail.com

Sadly enough there are still innocent timeshare owners around who unfortunately do not know that asking for an upfront fee is illegal and when added up to a cold call, has all the signs of very dubious company.

If you have been contacted by Locations International from 0034 951249036 in Marbella with the above story of a buyer, then please do let us know.

Most recent cold caller is Sherlockmarketing tel.34 951 247 110 offering to help me get compensation when I asked for their tel no they offered to email me information

    • Hi Wendy,

The article about Sherlock Marketing can be found on the following link http://wp.me/p1kmoi-1cC
Have a good look at the information and the “services” offered at their meeting which has nothing to do with the so called compensation claim.
Let us know if you need more information.

      Kind regards

      Customer Care
