Atico Inmobiliare SL is a cold calling resale company who seems to be targeting (for the moment) Italian Timeshare owners only.
Atico Inmobiliare’s agent Pietro Masi explains how well they are doing in timeshare resales and as a matter of fact have a buyer for the membership of the owner they are calling.
Everything will be done with “official” paperwork and Atico Inmobiliare SL sends this by email to the timeshare owner after agreeing the sale.
When the paperwork comes through it does show that Atico Inmobiliare is expecting an upfront fee to be paid of close to €1000 in to a German Bank Account. But taking into account the buyers are paying a high sum of money for the membership…and the payment is refundable.
In the agreement they also include a clause about Data protection which sounds a bit cynical coming from a company who cold calls.
Atico Inmobiliare SL displays the following address on their paperwork: CLAVEL 49, 11300, La Linea de Concepción (Campo de Gibraltar-Cadiz)
Tel/Fax +34 603 23 73 96 and email: aticoinmo@hotmail.com
Research has shown that there is a Real Estate company on this same address with a slightly different name and completely different contact details and certainly nothing to do with timeshare resales.
If you have been contacted by Pietro Masi on 0034 603237396 from Atico Inmobiliare, then please let us know.
Cold callers are not to be trusted and asking for upfront fees is against the European Directive!
Hello
I am being pestered by Solutions Company number 9455621 They claim that they can recover via Spanish courts monies in return for £294.58 plus 10% commission on a win. Their address is Calle Luciano Bello Alfonso 5D San Miguel de Abona Santa Cruz de Tenerife 02031373970. They request monies be paid in Barclays Bank to P.Hall Recovery Solutions Ltd account No 50380636 20-51-01.
Have you had any information on this company?
Anyone heard of a Daisy Warner working for the spanish notary in Malaga. She tells me that a sum of money is waiting for me as compensation on behalf of 2 companies I’m afraid I foolishly got involved in a couple of years ago. Also a Simon Hardy who is acting as a pay out agent. Apparently I will receive a no strings attached cheque which can be cashed at my bank on production of my passport. All sounds a bit dubious to me.
