The long awaited news has finally arrived!
We know it has taken for more than 2 years and this has surely taken a lot of our patience and the patience of the victims, but it seems to have finally paid of!
I would like to inform you that the higher Court of Justice in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has considered the appeal filed by Mindtimeshare against the order of the Judge in San Bartolomé Court of closing the Voyager case (Kaiser).
The appeal, presented by Mindtimeshare last July 2014, has been accepted and the Judge nº 2’s court order has been revoked.
A copy of a part of this ruling (in Spanish) from the High Court can be found on the following link. For obvious reasons we had to take away certain information.

I quote what the Higher Court says:
‘It is clear that the investigation were not exhausted and the Court in San Bartolomé de Tirajana should undertake the judicial proceedings proposed by the accusation (Mindtimeshare)’
This is very good news for all the consumers affected in all countries!
The fight obviously has not been won as yet, and we have no doubts that this is only the beginning of a long road. But we can at least be satisfied that the higher Court has seen indications of alleged dubious practises and a clear reason to continue this case.

Still can’t see all of us getting our money back though. They have offshored all the cash the weasels. I hope they take kaiser, lock him up and through away the key and the rest of those fr** rip**** fecks.
Its nice to know that somebody cares about our demise,all I heard that 61 people got arrested and siezed their cars,boat and office furniture. The more exposure that they get the safer other buyers will be before they release their hard earned money. Merry Christmas all the readers.William.
Did we find out what happened to Marina Leisure,who took my five timeshares off me and also £5000 in cash.I had to wait 61 months then apply for my money back from Loyalty Reward Scheme SL in Torremolinos. Sent my side back,tracked it and it came back a month later unopened.That was last January 2015.William.
Does this ruling affect clc and other timeshare companies or just voyager. As we have been approached me a company called ITRA today asking for £4580 to get us out of our timeshare, quoting this case to be heard on the 9th may 2016

Alberto do you reckon that once this lot are taken care of by law do you think there’s a chance that all the others can then be taken to task?
so what does this mean exactly. That a court case is being looked into and going ahead? Is it a criminal or Civil action and who is it against the owners of Voyager Travel in Gran Canaria and their sales crew?
Hi David,
It means that the decision of the judge to close and file the case, has been revoked by a Higher Court and ordered him to investigate more, having seen clear evidence of a crime.
This is a Criminal Action and it is against all those with responsibility in the alleged fraud, headed up by Eugen kaiser.
