We have come to the end of 2015, and are looking forward to start a New Year 2016.

With the end of this month of December we present you as always the full list of cold callers and other dubious companies that have been active in this month.

In December 2015 we have detected 87 active companies of which 16 companies are new ones on the list.

It is obvious that not even with the holidays of Christmas en New Year these companies have ceased their cold calls or activities, and continued to approach timeshare owners with all kinds of offers.

We have been contacted by Lloyds Clark regarding a missold timeshare and we chose to ignore them but we are really concerned about the fact that we have been involved with Adrian Diaz Morales (Canadian Legal Alliance ), who is our lawyer in an ongoing court case against Resort Properties for approximately 3 years and we would appreciate any feed back from you as to whether we are doing the right thing.
