Libra Alliances, the latest cold calling Mediation Company recovering your money.

Captura de pantalla 2016-01-08 a la(s) 12.05.39

New year, new cold callers on the list.

The latest one is Libra Alliances, a cold calling company who claims to be mediators between the “court” and consumers who have been duped in the past.

Libra Alliances seems to hold a lot of information about the consumer, especially the information on payments made to dubious and bogus resale companies.

As far as Libra Alliances concerns, these companies are now under investigations by the Spanish Police forces and money has been seized and kept by the Spanish Bank.

Consumers who were duped by these companies are now contacted as the Spanish government has decided to give them back their money.

Without any court case, without any court ruling, just like that…take your money back.

And all this good news is brought by Libra Alliances who charges around £1500 for this service and would like this payment upfront through a bank transfer.

Looking for information on Libra Alliances we can see a website which was registered 2 months ago www.libraalliances.com and which does not really provide a lot of information.

On the website there is an explanation on what they do, which seems very inconsistent with the actual phone call and story of them being mediators for the Spanish bank.

Contact details given are only an email info@libraalliances.com and a phone number 0330 088 5677

Cold calling companies are never to be taken “lightly” as nobody should take for granted that just any company or person should have your private contact details and worse, details on how you have been defrauded before.

If then they ask for an upfront payment, it really becomes very clear that caution needs to be taken!

If you have been approached by Libra Alliances from 03300885677 to recuperate money paid to dubious companies in the past, then please let us know.

We too have been contacted by libra alliances who gave a sift number and said they were working on behalf of the Spanish bank regarding time share resales etc. They seemed to have a lot of details about us and was checking our first names and address?? They gave an option of five choices all expensive except the last one which was a panel of solicitors. These solicitors wanted £1500 up front. I said I would need to check things out and was given a number uk as an independent time share. They said we may have to leave name and number and someone would get back to us. Low and behold another company called re pretending to be working for the bank of Spain. How many scams are out there?
