Another cold caller pretending to be an “official” notary office in Spain has been detected under the name of Gabriela Justo-Galeon.
This supposed notary office, which claims to be based in Seville, contacts timeshare consumers who have been duped in the past by bogus resale companies.
The notary office of Mrs Gabriela Justo Galeon claims to be appointed by the Spanish Courts in order to contact the victims of several companies who have now been taken to court.
Through a court case the Spanish government has ruled that money should be paid to the victims, money which is now waiting in the bank account of the Spanish bank.
In order for the victim (timeshare consumer) to receive the awarded money, a tax fee called IVA needs to be paid first.
But who wouldn’t pay £1500 in taxes if then you receive £25.000 back from the courts?
Strange enough, the tax fee is not to be paid to an account of the Spanish tax offices, but to a company based in Barcelona.
Obviously alarm bells should be ringing by now, because there is no such thing as money awarded by the Spanish government, through court cases nobody knew of and organised by notary offices that don’t seem to be registered.
The details on the Notary office are as follows:
Oficina Notarial Gabriela JUSTO-GALEON
Calle Samuel Morse, 5, 41010 Sevilla, Spain
00 34 657 059 334 and email notario.justogaleon@yahoo.es

Been contacted today by Orange Sun Travel. Mark sounded very plausible but I declined his offer to go to Tenerife to fill in papewrwork to make a claim for my time share money back as I recalled a warning posted by this website. Thanks for the heads up
