This new company using the name Agencia Casa Balto has started their cold call campaign this week and seem to be targeting mainly French speaking timeshare owners.

They claim to be selling Timeshare to corporate buyers such as Union Fenosa one of the largest electricity companies in Spain, who supposedly is buying the weeks for their employees.

Agencia Casa Balto intermediates in this sale and they have demand for exactly the timeshare week the consumer has for sale. Such a coincidence!

Being it a corporate buyer, they are also willing to pay good money for the timeshare, and Agencia Casa Balto is arranging all paperwork to complete the sale.

Once the Timeshare owner has shown his interest in this transaction, Agencia Casa Balto sends by email the agreement that needs to be signed and returned.

In the agreement it becomes clear that although the buyer has already paid a substantial deposit, it is also expected from the selling part that they pay an upfront security fee to make sure the transaction will be completed.

In spite of claiming to be very successful in their timeshare resales, Agencia Casa Balto does not seem to be up to date with the current legislation, which strictly forbids upfront payments!

In spite of being a “Spanish” company, there are an awful lot of serious spelling mistakes in the website!

Seen the fact that Agencia Casa Balto is cold calling, offers guaranteed resale’s which need to complete with an upfront payment, and the state and information of their web, we don’t feel this is a company that can be recommended when looking for selling your timeshare!
