A dubious timeshare resale company has been brought to our attention, by the name of Canteras Real Estate.
This company, Canteras Real Estate is cold calling timeshare owners and offer them a guaranteed resale of their timeshare membership.
The strange thing about this company is not only the cold call and the fact they have all the ownership details on file, but also that they seem to be using the name of a real company in Gran Canaria, quoting their website in the paperwork, but in reality it is NOT the same people.
This (fake) Canteras Real Estate uses a different telephone number 0034 672 874 143 and email address: canterasre@hotmail.com
Although the cold call is already a worrying sign when speaking to a supposed timeshare reseller, the fact that they are mis-using the name of a real company makes the whole story very dubious.
If Canteras Real Estate from Gran Canaria has contacted you on a cold call for a timeshare resale, then please be careful with the information you provide and certainly do not pay anything upfront.
