Incredible but true, it looks like Auxilium SA and Simone Mesa Martinez have “reinvented” themselves into a new name Auxiliar Lawyers and Simone Meza Mendez.
Things must have been done in a rush, as they didn’t even take the time to create a new logo and simply took the existing ones and changed the names.
The pitch on the phone is the same though, a cold call from an agent of Auxiliar Lawyers, claiming to be working on a court case in the Arona Courts (Tenerife) where money is awarded to victims of dubious companies.
A case, which has a set date, so the consumer (victim) needs to hurry up to make a decision. The set date is when the actually “performing” starts and Auxiliar Lawyers claims the case has been settled, and the (fake) notary Simone Meza Mendez takes over and starts to ask for money for all kinds of taxes that need to be paid before money will be released.
We can only guess that the overnight name change is the result of far too many consumers doing their homework after receiving a dubious cold call, and find out about Auxilium SA and Simone Mesa Martinez on their search.

HI my parents have been contacted by this firm whose name change is now Auxiliares Miguel mesa montoya (The same design as your picture shown) promising them their compensation from 2 timeshares they had to pay to get rid of .They have asked for them to send a cheque to them for 950 pound and as soon as they receive it they will transfer them 10000pound in to their account .They are in their 80s and were going to do so until i checked the company and saw your advert.
Cold called me, offering no win no fee, and when I said I would be checking them out he congratulated me on not taking him as honest and doing my homework. Patronising git. My homework took 2 minutes, it started and ended here. Many thanks for this excellent piece!
