The story of the company Ramirez & Ramirez seems to be a never-ending story for many duped consumers.
Those who dealt with this company in the past and paid a lot of money to them for the supposed court claims they were doing on behalf of the consumers, remember very well that in July 2012 they all of the sudden vanished.
Telephone lines were cut of, no fax, and emails unanswered.
Those who unfortunately didn’t pay by credit card had no possibility to claim a refund and were left behind with yet again the money lost.
But this week we have seen the “return of Ramirez” and out of the blue, consumers have started to receive calls from this lawyer’s office, as if they had never been away.
The telephone number is slightly different though as they now use a mobile 0034 604 371 935 and the fax number is 0872 113 1069
On the paperwork they quote the address as before: Calle Cordoba no 35 Edif Villa Blanca 1C, 29640, Fuengirola, Malaga
The email address seems rather dubious ramramireiz@gmail.com
The great thing about this comeback from Ramirez is that they now claim to have won all the court cases, and have obtained the full refund of the claims from the consumers.
The only thing the consumer needs to do is pay the 10% commission over the awarded amount, and then he will be transferred the money.
As obviously the above cannot be taken serious and there is no doubt it is coming from a very dubious company, we certainly do NOT recommend to pay these people anything or believe a word of what they say.
Please be careful when you receive a call from anybody claiming to be an agent from Ramirez & Ramirez and do not provide them with any further personal details.

Been contacted by Debra from Ramirez over the last month, she promised to settle the matter and return my money without any up front payment. Today I have been asked to pay 10% up front to release the money I am owed. All very friendly and convincing until today. I will be paying nothing up front.
Remember.Theses peoiple have alll your details at their fingertips,your reclaim number,your very personnel details but they don’t have your bank account details. If a deal seems too good to be true then it probably is!

I am not going to touch it with a barge pole.
Just had a call to say that everything had been settled and that 80% of our claim was payable plus costs incurred but, that, due to Spanish law the money could not be released without payment of 10% of the residue. Paperwork is being sent through for signature and then, after the 10% has been paid we will receive a draft within 28 days.
Do we believe this or not??
