New cold callers in the list by the name of Warwickshire Consultants.

A company who claims to be working alongside a registered legal company RSB Legal and who are supposedly running claims against the resorts.

Agents who appear to be speaking from a script do the calls from Warwickshire Consultants and any questions outside their script seem to be difficult to answer.

For example, the question of where they obtained the consumer’s personal and private details was replied to after 2 days and the agent claimed that it was the resort who actually provided the details. The resort that is who is the subject of their court claim…yeah right.

After the initial “warming up” call a follow up email arrives from info@warwickshireconsultants.co.uk with all the reasons why the timeshare owner should enter a claim. These reasons being the same ones as all the other “claims companies” use, such as perpetuity, mis selling, rising of maintenance fees, etc.

Obviously we have heard this all before and we fear the worse.

Consumers are as expected invited to a meeting to discuss all this with the “legal team”.
