Cold calls from the office of lawyer Amparo del Olmo are being received by timeshare owners on a daily basis. They seem to be targeting the Dutch-speaking owners, but of course they might “expand” their clientele.
The timeshare consumers who receive such call all have something in common, which is the fact some bogus resale company cheated them in the past.
But the call from Amparo del Olmo is about the good news in this matter, because the police have now raided these companies and money has been seized.
Police and judges have been working on the case and it has been ruled that the money should be paid out to all the victims.
And all this has happened without the victim knowing anything about it. Unbelievable? It certainly is!
Amparo del Olmo speaks perfectly Dutch, and he claims to be working from his office in Madrid based in the Calle el Carmen s/n, 28012 Madrid as mentioned on his website.

Research has shown that there are no such lawyers or notary offices in Spain by the name of Amparo del Olmo.
Neither have there been any court cases where people have been awarded money, without any prior notification that they were included in the case and a correct identification of the victim at the courthouse.
Above-mentioned company does NOT exist, and is part of a very dubious set up.
We strongly recommend that if you are called, you don’t provide them with any further personal details or documents and certainly DO NOT PAY THEM!
If you have been contacted already by Amparo del Olmo from Spanish mobile number 0034 603383971 we would like to hear from you.
