The strange call from Claims Management Resources or CMR in Spain

Timeshare consumers who have been duped in the past by bogus resale companies are receiving lately very strange calls from a company called Claims Management Resources or CMR in short.

The agent from CMR explains that this company is working for the Bank of Spain and that there is money to come back from Spanish banks to people that have been scammed.

The victims supposedly are assigned large amounts of money through the courts, amounts that have nothing to do with what they paid in the past.

In order to claim this money and get this transferred into the consumer’s account they need to use a lawyer.

Claims management Resources gives 3 options, which is using their lawyer who would cost 9% of the total or an English lawyer costing 35% or a Spanish one who would take a 40%.

In order to re-assure the consumer that all this is above board and can be trusted, CMR provides the consumer with a Telephone number 0203 813 9694 for the Consumer Timeshare Watchdog Association who will reconfirm that the above story is true.

Those consumers who chose to go ahead with the lawyer offered by Claims Management Resources are asked to pay the fees by bank transfer.

Please note that there is NO SUCH COMPANY by the name of Claims Management resources or CRM in Spain or the UK.

Neither is there such institution as the “Consumer Timeshare Watchdog Association”.

Contact details from CMR are:

Telephone 0034 951 203 824 and Email cmrinformation@yahoo.com

Centro Commercial Los Jarales local 122

29649 Mijas Costa, Malaga

Spain

Surprisingly they also quote on their paperwork the name of another company which is Esol Bk which we wrote about a couple of weeks ago; http://wp.me/p1kmoi-1K6

If you received the phone call from the agent of Claims Management Resources – CMR or maybe you have spoken before to Esol Bank, then please let us know.
