Over the last years we have seen several ASA Rulings against adds from Easy Consulting and connected companies.
For some reason though Easy Consulting does not seem to get the message through.
In 2012 we posted an article already about a ruling from ASA against an add from Direct Resorts International (http://wp.me/p1kmoi-1HC) which is a company belonging to the Easy Consulting group.
In July 2015, ASA published another ruling on their website (http://bit.ly/29v4agY) about the company Love All Inclusive and certain misleading statements on their web. Among these statements were the fact they mentioned to be ABTA members and “backed by a Ministry of Justice license” of which ASA could not find any proof.
Today, the 13th of July 2016, ASA publishes another ruling with similar objections about the website from The Ultimate Holiday Package.
You can read the full statement of ASA on the following link: http://bit.ly/29GI8HA
Again the ASA Ruling, the same as in 2012, expresses the concern about the lack of response from Easy Consulting and the apparent disregard of the Code of conduct.
Mindtimeshare is very pleased with the ruling from ASA as the group of companies from Easy Consulting has been mentioned numerous times on our blog and we have received many inquiries / complaints regarding their cold calling practises and the supposed discounted accommodation they offer.
