Dear Readers,

Summer is here, and we have just finished the complete list of cold callers for the month of July 2016.

This month we counted 72 active cold calling companies and from the 72 company names there are 22 new companies on the list.

We have noticed that not all companies are targeting UK Timeshare owners, and there are different ones who specifically target certain nationalities such as Dutch speakers or French speakers.

But one thing they all have in common is the dubious cold call with no explanation on where the consumers’ private details were obtained and very often a dubious offer for a resale or a meeting to discuss a claim against the resort.

Please find the complete list of the 72 cold callers for July 2016 on the following link:

If you received a cold call with an offer related to your Timeshare or Holiday Membership please do let us know.

Although the name of the company is already on our books / lists, we still like to update the record of the latest activity of such company.

And if it is a new name, then we would appreciate as much information possible to be able to warn others through our blog articles on www.mindtimeshare.me

Have a great summer!

Just had a call from Timeshare council Bournemouth claiming they can get all of my original costs back they claim they specialise with Club La Costa offered me a meeting in a very bust Stratford upon Avon office in April if i qualify. They also claim there has been a change in the law protecting Timeshare owners from unwanted legally binding contracts well i can tell you i have had it from the horses mouth that if i want to leave my timeshare then i can do so providing i give the correct notice and have several friends who have done this.Has anyone got views on this? Has anyone had any dealings with these people?

  5. Adam says:

Hi, Anderson Reed Consulting have just contacted us (October 2016) about getting rid of our time share in Diamond Resorts, 40% to them if successful, but that’s all we know at this point. I have seen them listed by you in July 2016. We’re very wary, but really do want to get rid of DR as we find it difficult to pay the maintenance. Have you any information or warnings about them? Thank you, Adam.

  6. Susan says:

I received a call from Miguel Mesa Montoya and to get to the point my claim against Club Class Holidays was being heard on 13/07/16. I was then awarded 6869 Euros by the Court. I now have been asked to pay tax of 1442.49 Euros to enable the Court to release the monies. They of course will take 20%. Have I been scammed or are they a ligitimate company?

  7. Margaret says:

Just had a phone call from a Martin Jarvis claiming to be from HMRC in London stating that they are in possession of £22,000 in connection with a criminal compensation case against my timeshare resort and asking that I phone a Robert Carlos in Malaga asking him to send an authorisation email to HMRC in order for them to be able to release this money to me. What are they going to try next??

  8. jackie says:

    Hi all,
Had a call yesterday and today from Legal Trust Services a Helen Thomas (Scottish Lady) saying that I’m entitled to £9,395.00 as a refund from my holiday club which was with DWVC, Timelinx and Excaliber as long as I pay £895.00. Telephone number 0800 211 8014.

  9. eugene says:

If a firm say they can get the money all but 20% with no up front fee and they pay for you to go to Tenerife to talk to them what is the harm.

  10. Gill says:

Do not sign up to any offers from Estrella Vacations or Sunline Direct as it is a con. Booked accommodation through them and when we arrived st the venue they had no record of our booking. Had to find somewhere else to stay and paid out twice for one weeks accommodation. Please beware don’t be conned by them.
