Dear All,
Please find the latest update of our Cold Callers listings, the one for the month of August 2016.
This months’, we have counted 65 active cold calling companies of which 14 companies are new on the list.
For the complete list please click on the link for the PDF: Mindtimeshare Cold caller List August 2016
The new companies added are not always “completely new” and show clear indications that they are the same people of other cold callers we had before, but have chosen to change their name, most probably to avoid consumers doing their research online.
We cannot insist enough on asking you all to let us know about any cold call you receive. Never mind if we already have the name of the company or not. If we have the name already, it is important for us to keep a record that they are still active. If we don’t have the name, it is important to start doing our research and include the name on this listing so other consumers will be warned as well.
The 14 new company names that entered the August 2016 listing are:
- Albor Concursal (FAKE)
- AVConsultores
- Centro de Documentacion Europeo
- Chambers & Partners Malaga (fake)
- Despacho Tarancon
- Francisco Portocarrero Notario
- Hacienda Malaga
- High Court in Madrid
- Holiday Timeshare Watchdog
- Janez Solano – Yanez Solano
- Legal Trust Services
- Timeshare Solutions Group
- Vanity de Booij Notaria – VdB Notaria

Thanks to all consumers who have taken the time to send us their inquiry or comments on the cold calls they received, and for all the additional information about these dubious companies.
Customer Care
Hi, has anyone heard of a company called All Time Claims based in Chelmsford? They called to say that we have been awarded £22000 by the courts in Spain because we were defrauded by two companies and a lawyer and they have been appointed to deal with the payments. After saying we do not need to pay any fees they have now called saying we need to deposit £750 to have court papers sent which will be refunded on completion. I believe that is probably another scam. Do you have any comments please?
We have just got rid of our timeshare with club la costa. We had vacation club points and after again being unable to get any accommodation during the school holidays I went through to management services who informed me that we could rescind our timeshare before the 1st of September any year we choose to. This means of course that we got nothing for the points.
However when I consider that we gave them 1500 euros for the year 2016, and were then still unable to get a holiday in return I considered this was the best way forward. The other thing to note is that we have 7200 points which we have paid for and which are held in their bank and we have to use them before the end of 2016.
So if you own club la costa points you don’t need to pay any of these cold callers who say they can get you out of the timeshare a a cost of several thousand pounds, you can do it yourself. I realise that there are lots of different schemes out there and the release may well not apply to everyone but we would suggest that you contact your management services and see what they offer you if anything.
I researched claims against time share companies before I fell for the promises of these cold calling companies and I found only one successful claim against the anfi club won by a dutch woman, and a case against club la costa won by default because the clubs solicitor didn’t arrive in court in time. Good luck
Has anyone actually relieved themselves from the timeshare ownership with any company – we are desperate to get rid of ours and can no longer pay the annual fees. Where can we go for help??
You could talk to trading standards and/or citizens advice, also as you’re already part way there, send an email to this site “customercare@mindtimeshare.com”.
Read the small print and you normally find a note that if you default on a payment that they have the right to cancel your policy if so just stop paying it worked for us, but please read your contract carefully.
