Legitimous (Legitimos) and Juan Luis Partalabo, new names same dubious pitch!

Yes another so called legal company and lawyer are approaching timeshare consumers who have been cheated before, using the name of Legitimous or Legitimos Abogados in Spanish.

Legitimous cold calls and offers the consumer to recover the money he lost in the past, through an imminent court case that is already scheduled for a date in a very near future.

It is important the consumer takes a decision straight away if he wants to participate in what seems to be a successful case from the start.

Assets have been frozen, and Legitimous already knows it is a matter of days and the court will rule in favour of those who entered the claim.

Juan Luis Partalabo is the lawyer who is acting in the case and he will be contacting the consumer as well.

The case is handled on a no win no fee basis, but there are though certain costs that need to be covered to enter the claim and these need to be paid by the consumer. An amount of around £800 is required but this can be recovered afterwards as well.

Legitimous had a website, but when you visited www.legitimous.com there wasn’t really much to see as they didn’t seem to have developed it at all.

Recently they have updated another web http://www.legitimos.com

Juan Luis Partalabo does have a proper website www.juanluispartalabo.com where you can find his address as well: Valentín Sanz, 16, number 14, 291B, Santa Cruz, Tenerife

The Telephone number: 0034 822 250 496  and two email addresses legitimos.abogados@consultant.com or juan.partalabo@consultant.com

Please note that there are no companies or lawyers registered in Tenerife nor the entire of Spain by the name of Legitimous, Legitimos Abogados or Juan Luis Partalabo.

Neither is there any upcoming court cases run in Tenerife where you can join in after being contacted on a cold call out of the blue by these apparent non-existing companies.

“Resorts Management” popped up from Tenerife this morning offering 3 weeks accommodation for £99- Push Scotsman making the call with sound track of busy office playing in background.
When will they learn and stop being a nuisance.
