A new website has been detected from a company called Timeshare Help Centre http://timesharehelpcentre.com
The website claims to be specialized in giving expert advice on the options for exiting timeshare. Having brought the best timeshare exit companies together to one place, and their independent advisers can offer the timeshare owner impartial advice on which one offers the best solution for them.
This all sounds great but the website does not really give away any names of the people connected to this company or the names of all these expert companies that can help out.
As a matter of fact there is no company ID at all, no address, no Telephone number, nothing.
By law a company should be duly identified on their website.
People interested in the services Timeshare Help Centre offer are asked to fill in a contact form with their name, Telephone number and email address.
There is no privacy statement on the web that guarantees the consumer his personal details are in safe hands.
Before submitting your details to Timeshare Help Centre please think twice as you really do not know where they go and where they will end up.
In case of problems, you don’t really have anywhere to turn to.
If you have been in contact with Timeshare Help Centre we would like to have your feedback.

About mindtimeshare
Mindtimeshare SLU is registered Company reg number: B35957182 Mindtimeshare provides assistance to timeshare owners who have been defrauded by holiday clubs and bogus resale companies.
The Mindtimeshare project was launched in February 2011.
After dealing with timeshare members over several years who had been defrauded by numerous bogus companies and for large amounts of money, I considered launching an Organisation to help timeshare owners that have been targeted by bogus companies. On this blog you can find information about the different active scam companies and their “modus operandi” and also place comments, ask questions and see comments from other consumers who have the same doubts or have been through the same experience.
Mindtimeshare has resulted in a huge success and has received the back up from not only timeshare consumers but also from the professionals in the timeshare Industry.
Mindtimeshare helps timeshare owners who have been scammed by bogus Discount Holiday Clubs; bogus cash back companies; fraudulent timeshare resale companies; bogus class action companies and false lawyers and notaries. We offer professional answers and advice to Timeshare users.

Hi, we’ve had calls from Timeshare Help Centre, usual guff about having a Zoom call with a specialist solicitor – they couldn’t give me the right answers about how they got my details – said it was from an AGM list from my timeshare place … they called again and spoke to my husband and HE told them where our timeshare was as they did not know! I’ve asked them to send me an email about their offer but tbh don’t expect I will receive anything and we’re not interested anyway. They’ll want some £ from us to pursue a legal claim that won’t get anywhere and then we will be out of pocket. I always speak to these callers because I like to give them a hard time about GDPR etc, and they usually give up for a while after that. I would recommend you give them a wide berth!
I have been contacted by Rachel Quinn from Timeshare Help Centre who says that the can exit me from my timeshare with Azure in Malta and get my money back but the want £3995, appreciate your comments Ernest
Have had a call from Timeshare Help Centre they say they can get me out of my timeshare with Azure in Malta they want £3995 to take up case is it safe
My parents are involved with these people today and have been advised that the loan they took out to buy a 26th share of another time share to avoid having to pay maintenance fees is/was invalid as they were in their 80s and without income etc. They have been referred to Meridian Litigation (linked with some other dodgyness on this website) who can get their money back through the courts, wait for it, for a fee. Presumably these people: https://meridianlitigationadvisors.com/ Usual templated style website with no substance or privacy policy as required by the GDPR.
\have just been contacted by the help centre, has Frank had any more dealings with this coy?
Hi I have just been contacted by Jane who works for the time share help centre; I was asked if I was satisfied with my time share purchase?
I said not at all and then she said someone would call me .
I asked how she had my number and detail? Her reply was that it was on a database thry had obtained. I then checked the internet and read your post!
I am really very wary of having anything to do with these people! I got a second sting from the Eze group!
