Harwood Jones Consulting (www.harwoodjonesconsulting.com and harwoodjones.org.uk) appears to be a new name on the cold caller list, but when researching their way of acting it seems only to be the name that is new.
Their pitch, their emails, their invitations and their paperwork are all the same as we have seen before from other companies. Companies, which “coincidentally” stopped cold calling at the same time as Harwood Jones Consulting started their campaign.
One of these companies is Anderson Read Consultancy, about whom we wrote an article in October this year, and who claimed to be calling on behalf of RSB legal.
Harwood Jones Consulting also claim they are calling on behalf of RSB Legal, and surprise surprise they invite people to the same place in Redditch as Anderson Read!
These meetings take several hours, and most of the time is of course spent on convincing the consumer how they have been “mis sold” and how they can claim back all the money they paid to the timeshare company.
The claim they offer against the timeshare resort would be on a no-win, no-fee basis with precedes split 70:30 for the consumer.
In addition to reclaiming a refund of the costs, RSB Legal offers also to relinquish the timeshare contract but this would involve a fee (~£10,000!).
The consumer can pay £1000 on the day and the balance in 10 days following the agreement. They do mention these costs could be included in the claim as well, so this would be “recovered” in the end.
As you can see, same story, same place, and no doubt, the same people.

Hi, Have you any info on a company Called Taylor Marshall associates of Newport Pagnell post code MK169EH ENGLAND this was a cold call from Mark Putman . No up front fee but Charges 30% of money returned . It seems okay to me and could be a legitimate Company . Could this be a break though people are looking for . I think this is worth testing out to see if they can retrieve my losses from Eze Group Blue Chip and Crown resorts . We are talking here of a £23000 Plus maintenance costs from Crown Resorts( RCI points ) .
If this Company can do this for me .it could open the doors to thousands of claims from clients all over the world . YOUR COMMENTS PLEASE WOULD BE APPRECIATED KIND REGARDS
Don’t bother mate, they are crooks just trying to get more money out of you like they have under various names from other people like myself.
If it is no win no fee, how do you loose money? Just curious.
It sounds like no win no fee until I contact them and suddenly all sorts of fees crop up…court.. taxes…solicitors …that according to them that is how it is in Spain…it isn’t so don’t consider contacting them or anyone else.
