New company name for our continuously growing cold caller list, this time it is the company Abogacía Española, a supposed legal company based in Tenerife.
This company seems to have a very similar story and set up as many others we have reported on this blog in the past months. The cold call and the “imminent” court case against the consumer’s timeshare resort or company that defrauded them before. Decisions needed straight away and the insisting fact they work on a no win no fee basis.
Abogacía Española works with different lawyers such as Fernando Roleba Holaci or Ramon Quilon Climol and their names are mentioned in their correspondence and website http://abogaciaespanola.com
But these apparent successful legal professionals cannot be found in any register of legal professionals in Spain though and as a matter of fact the names or not found anywhere!
Fernando Holaci, the “founder” of Abogacia Española also has his own website http://fernandoholaci.com.
In spite of having worked successfully in the legal profession for over 25 years he does not seem to be aware that he should quote the company registration number on the web, terms and conditions or at least a privacy statement….
The address in Tenerife is only mentioned on the correspondence, which they send to the consumer after the first call. Calle San Valentin Sanz, 16, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, España.

After the initial calls, and numerous documents with stamps, fake registration numbers and statements on the supposed court claim, the consumer is made aware that all of the sudden “no win no fee” means they will have top ay the procurator fees or a legal fee before they can proceed or before the consumer can receive the awarded money.
PLEASE note that the above company called Abogacía Española does not exist and neither are there are lawyers called Fernando Holaci or Ramon Quilon!

Do NOT provide any personal details to any cold caller and certainly do NOT pay them a penny for any services offered.

WE HAVE JUST REALISED WE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED
We’ve been pestered by the “Abogacia Espanola” outfit over the last week or so, with all the promises you have outlined in your article above. Although we left Club La Costa at the end of 2014 after some 25 years of membership, (We followed the CLC’s rules for cancellation and walked away without further commitments.) However without supplying copies of any of original documents, “Abo…Esp” ensured .us that we were eligible for …” a very good payout”. We are currently waiting for yet another phone call from them telling us that our claim is being put to the courts in Tenererife (alongside some other 40-50 claims) for a hearing on 14th Feb. At this point a fee for the Notary was expected!! Needless to say, our suspicions have been confirmed by the above article and no fee will change hands. THANK YOU FOR YOU WARNING>
