The company Indigo Solutions or IDS has been brought to our attention by several timeshare and Holiday ownership consumers.
They were approached on cold calls and promised an almost guaranteed resale of their Holiday ownership.
Contact details of Indigo Solutions are:
- Spectrum House, 32-34, Gordon House Road, London, NW5 1LP
- Telephone 0203 868 6059 and fax 0871 528 8822
Email address info@indigo-solutions.org and website http://www.indigo-solutions.org
The agreement they send to those consumers, who show their interest in the services of Indigo Solutions, is of the type we have seen many years ago, when those dubious companies were asking consumers for upfront fees.
Indigo Solutions actually does the same, and they call this a “retainer fee”. This retainer fee is taken by credit card, an amount of 1300 Pounds. On top of this, they mention in the paperwork a company called “United Capital” will take the charge but in reality they take the money through an individual and the names of the companies do not appear at all on the receipt.
Cold calls, guaranteed sales and especially the upfront fee, which is completely forbidden by law, are not a good sign to start dealing with a resale company.
If you are speaking or had dealings with Indigo Solutions, we would like to hear from you.

My dad has a timeshare in the Costa Del Sol. He had a cold call from a chap named Gavin at NCLA at Typhoon Business Centre Chessington, Surrey. He offered my dad £5270 to sell. Apparently having two golfers interested in the property. Can’t find NCLA online as a registered organisations. Seems it was Indigo solutions as tel number is the same 02038686059. Wanted an upfront fee of £950 reimbursable upon completion. Need reporting to trading standards.
My parents, people in their 80s who have been ripped off by such companies for tens of thousands of pounds have been contacted by Richard Pacey.
Says he works for NCLA which is not an acronym. Call him back on his number 0203 868 6059 and you get Indigo Solutions. They get “Richard” to call you back.
Gives an address of Typhoon Business Centre, Unit 1, Oakcroft Road, Chessington, Surrey, Kt9 1RH.
Hello is this yet another fraudulent company.
I received a cold call this afternoon allegedly from the Court of Casation of Athens from Isobel. She provided her telephone – 0030 6955516158 and intends to ring again next week. It all seems to follow the same pattern as others.
Are you aware of this?
Best wishes Les
Hi
I have been contacted by Timeshare Traders 80 -83 Long Lane London EC1A 9ET, who then passed me through to IDS. I was informed that a sale had been completed and payment was ready to be transferred, foolishly I paid £800 and received a receipt from Broadcast Properties, however my Credit card statement shows a company called Akua Lounge Bradford.
I have tried to contact Timeshare Travel with no further response so far.

Hello, Yes I am connected with Resort Management Direct which we have not used yet. They do keep saying this and that is expiring and take more money I found an amount on my statement which I did not remember anything about, I may be wrong but don’t think so. The companies that pop up I am pretty sure are SCAM. BE VERY CAREFUL WE ARE ALL STUPID IN BELIEVING THESE SCAMMERS.
Hi,
Thanks for your latest update. I thought you would like to know about a recent approach I have had, the latest in a number over the past year or so from different organisations about my Club La Costa timeshare.
I recently had a phone call from a lady, Terri Jarvis (0845-8627782) saying that she was phoning from a company called, Resort Management Direct. She said that we had 4 Entitlement Weeks for 5-star accommodation based on being CLC members that we had not used. They were about to expire. If we wanted to put them back into the system it would cost us £248. I was very suspicious, so made an excuse and said she would need to call me back.
I contacted CLC, who confirmed that they are not connected in any way to this organisation. Other members have been contacted by them, and they have issued a warning about calls from them, either as Club La Costa Resort Management or Resort Management Direct, on their website.
I hope this of help to you.
Yours sincerely,
Mike
