Again a campaign targeting Cashback Europe Certificate holders. This time in form of a letter coming from a company using the name of EYG Abogados y Auditores Asociados.
This is actually the name of a real company but the letter is NOT coming from this company and it is obvious that once again fraudsters are trying to confuse the consumers by faking to be a company, just in case the consumer does a basic research on the Internet.
EYG Abogados (fake) sends a letter signed by an individual calling himself “Emilio Martinez”.
In the letter the consumer is explained that as the holder of a Cashback Europe Certificate they can claim their money through EYG Abogados (fake), as they are the appointed liquidator of Cashback Europe.
They even mention that although the redeemed voucher failed, the consumer can still claim his money.
In order to claim the money the consumer is asked to fill in a “Claim Form” which they need to return to EYG Abogados (fake) together with a copy of their Cashback Certificate.
The claims for can ONLY be returned by email to eygabogados@post.com or by fax to 0034 95 1650 498
Telephone number used by this company is 0034 95 1650 434 and 0034 95 1650 497
They insist there will be NO fees charged for this service as all their fees have been covered by the company in question.
Please do NOT submit any personal details to this company, and certainly do NOT pay them a penny after they supposedly have accepted your claim and all kinds of “fees” and taxes appear that need to be paid before you are rewarded with your Cashback money.
If you received this letter from EYG Abogados (fake) or a letter with a similar content but from a different company, than please do let us know!
