A cold caller has been brought to our attention this week by the name of Allied Services.
This supposed legal company is approaching timeshare consumers and offers them claims against resorts and “compensation”.
Their website www.allied-services.net looks full of information and explanations but in reality when you look a bit further, the website does not offer you at all what you would expect from a legal company.
On this website of Allied Services there is no privacy statement, no terms and conditions and neither do they mention their Company Registration number, which is obligated by law. Searching through Companies House, through the many companies with the same name, we have been unable to trace one on the given address:
1 Northumberland Avenue, Trafalgar Square, London, WC2N 5BW Their contact details are: Email: info@allied-services.net and Telephone: 0203 695 8129
they actually updated their website recently and have changed the contact details to the following:
Arran House Unit 1 St James Avenue Bury BL8 1TD Email:info@allied-services.net
Tel: 0162 272 0005
From this same website you would get the impression they have been around for a long time, there is a mention of years “2011-2017”, a supposed “call leading success of 89% in settling cases” and a range of testimonials from happy customers.
But all this does not really add up with the fact that the website was only registered at the beginning of MARCH 2017…
All together indications that if you do receive a call from the agent of Allied Services using Telephone 02036958129 you should be really careful and certainly not provide too much of personal details and certainly NOT pay anything upfront.
If you have already been in contact with Allied-Services we would like to have your feedback.

As above, I was told they had 16000 pound recovered by the Spanish courts waiting to be paid into my account, but they seemed to have disappeared and are no longer reachable by phone, fortunately, no money changed hands.
just been contacted by allied services (George Curtis)they recon to have recovered £21000 on our behalf and are after paper work and I assume at some stage money
