Another self-declared claims / legal company has appeared on the scene and through cold calls they are offering their services to timeshare consumers who have been duped in the past by dubious resale companies and others.
MK Services is once more a company that seems to know all about the past of their consumers.
We will never stop to highlight the fact that this can only mean they obtained this information through dubious sources or… they are the same people who were running the previous dubious set up.
The most surprising about MK Services is that they not only share their address at 100 Longwater, Green park Ind Estate, Reading in Berkshire with a company called NDL Assist, they even share the same telephone number 001183 212677
They do have their own email set up as mkservices@europe.com
Once MK Services has explained to the consumer over the telephone that they are able to claim back money, which is hold up at Spanish courts after court claims against fraudulent companies, they send the consumer an explanatory letter about their services.
They make it clear that the money is there waiting already and the consumer has the option to retrieve this through different ways. Go to Spain and arrange all yourself, losing time and no guarantee things will get sorted. Have MK Services do the work for you against a fee, or forget about the claim and lose out on thousands of Pounds that are waiting for you in the Spanish bank accounts.
Isn’t that the exact same story we heard from NDL Assist as well?
Please note that there is NO such company by the name of MK Services based in the UK nor Spain.
There is neither such thing as court claims with awarded money for consumers who don’t even know there was a claim and can now simply have a company acting on their behalf and get the money for them.
Don’t let them fool you with fancy letters and official looking forms!

Received this letter in the post today. It even said FINAL NOTICE in red on the envelope which has made me extremely angry. We were members with Club Class but not signed anything with Gr8tstays.
