The European Claims Chamber, another “ECC” company linked to ITRA

This week the European Claims Centre and ITRA the International Timeshare Refund Action have increased their group of claims companies and brought to live a new name, which is European Claims Chamber

The European Claims Chamber has been mentioned to us for months now, as consumers who took up the services of ECC or ITRA were told their paperwork was handed over to this European Claims Chamber. Strange enough the company has only been registered officially a couple of days ago.

On the 25th of April 2017 the new company was registered at the Spanish Companies House.

Address: Camino de las Cañadas 1, Edif Buendia. Oficina 11, 29649 Mijas, Malaga, Spain

Telephone numbers are for UK: 0203 670 4610 and for Spain 0034 951 562203

Email: info@europeanclaimschamber.com

Their website is: europeanclaimschamber.com

The company presents itself as a claims company for Timeshare Claims. Something ITRA and ECC has been doing for the past years but this time it looks they have finally decided to take on board a team of lawyers.

Question will be of course, will the invitations been done again by cold calls to the timeshare owners? Cold calls from Timeshare Release, Timeshare advice centre, Victoria marketing, The Refund Action Group or maybe a new one as well?

Time will tell…

Variation on the ECC theme. Received calls from various numbers with different area prefix but all ending in 000028833. Most of time no message left or caller hung up before answering. Finally actually spoke to someone and call is from European Consumer Claims (EEC). Apparently after a round the houses conversation they are based in Malaga. Rang to see if interested in attending meeting at one of eight UK offices to discuss whether we could make a claim for miss-selling against timeshare provider. That claim based upon some changes to Timeshare directive in 2015 and several other conditions including increased maintenance fees, perpetuity clauses or outright deception. Cold call because we appear on a list of timeshare owners which they have in their possession. Wouldn’t tell me how they got that information. Conversation dried up when I wouldn’t reveal more information to caller and they refused to supply me with more details about who they actually are.

Called by the same people yesterday (European Consumer Claims ECC). I asked her where they got my details from, no idea apparently. 9 UK offices and one in Spain. Why ever did they ring from Spain one thinks. As she tried to illicit information, she let slip who I had dealt with. Linked to Tenlanz and associated companies (Club Class) mentioned before on this site. We weren’t going to get much further because I wasn’t willing to offer any information. I did however advise she should remove my details from their data-bases and get another job, as the ECC was listed all over the net as a bunch of shy*****.

Can you tell me urgently if ECC is a company you can trust. They had us over to Spain took a deposit and we then did all the world to get out of our timeshare

  3. John says:
