Martin Rexton from Rexton Law Associates is busy cold calling.
Martin has good news, he works on behalf of the “trustees” and there was a recent court case, which ruled in favour of the consumer he has on the phone.
A substantial amount of money has been awarded and he is liaising to get the money transferred into the consumers’ account.
Obviously Rexton Law Associates and their lawyers don’t work for free and costs need to be covered.
If the consumer can be so nice to send them the fees and the substantial amount will be transferred into their account upon receipt.
Sounds dubious? Yes it does indeed!

Rexton Law does everything over the phone, no emails, and no documents to back up their statements, no invoice for the lawyers.
Just bank account details given verbally over the phone in the names of their supposed accountants.
Those asking for proof the story is right are being told that in the next days the new son the court case will appear in a national newspaper.
No surprise this news article is never found…

Just to say that Rexton Law is a legitimate solicitors. This so called Rexton Law Associates have stolen their name, logo and claim to be from them. They are not, I called Rexton Law (the real one) and they confirmed that they had had several calls about this scam. They have reported it to the Law Society, the SRA but more importantly the police as well.
I had a call from a lady at Rexton Law. Said that action against DWVC has been won and that I can claim my compensation. She said transfer fees would be £550. I said why doesn’t she deduct this amount and then she hung up. 🙂
