A recent police raid of the offices from the companies Half Moon Holdings, Excalibur Sales & marketing, Blue Chip and Rosedale Marketing or Rosedale Group has resulted in 15 arrests.
The offices mainly based in Torre del Mar on the Spanish Costa del Sol, were searched by a team from the police.
Vehicles, computers and credit card machines were seized.
Howard Capelli and other members of family and staff (mainly British nationals), in these offices were arrested.
The police also points out that the Benalmadena based lawyer Mr. Christian Lopez is allegedly involved in this set up.
It certainly has taken some years for the police to intervene these companies as we have records on their cold calls ever since 2009 when Blue Chip initiated their activities.
At first they contacted Timeshare consumers with the story of a guaranteed sale, for which they required an upfront payment. After the sale supposedly “fell through” they asked for more money to change the timeshare owner into a membership that would sell quicker, something that never happened.
The latest one being active is Rosedale Marketing or Rosedale Group who over the past month was “re-visiting” the victims from the other companies with stories of a police raid and money recovered. Asking once again for more money from the victims to get their money refunded into their account.

i have been a victim of both excalibur sales and marketing and half moon holdings paying money to them both with the promise of them selling my timeshare.
I had dealings with Half Moon Holdings in Nov 2013. Needless to say their promises came to nothing. Will anyone get reimbursement now that they are being prosecute.?
Been scammed by both Blue Chip and Half Moon Holdings over the years. However I had learnt to resist the tempting ‘offer’ from Rosedale despite their convincing patter.

So pleased to hear this, they thieved my money and I still haven’t been compensated and this all started for me in 2009 so very pleased to hear of this and they deserve all they get.
Hi, I have received a call from a Joyce Goulding who works for the Court in Madrid and she has informed me that their is an amount of money for compensation against firms I have dealt with in the past. To pay for the work done by the legal team there is a fee of £545.00 to be paid by me, by Bank Transfer and this is non refundable, but the money from the court will be paid direct into my bank account or by cheque payment. She has said that it is my decision of whether I wish to continue with the transaction and there is no pressure to force me to do so and will ring me back next week to give me time to consider if I want to proceed. Could this be true and is there money available through the court of Madrid.

No, do not hand over any more money for any reason. Wait to find out who the prosecuting lawyers are, then contact them directly for the steps you will need to follow for recovering your money. They will never call you asking for money.
Yes I have been a victim or Half Moon Excalibur and Blue Chip and have been Pestered with their follow-up scams.So good to hear that they at last been raided by the police for real.Perhaps this will lead to more.
