Another cold calling fake legal office, this time using the name of Armando Gareca Abogados, is targeting timeshare consumers with stories of court claims in the courts of Tenerife.
Armando Gareca is a fake name, and there is no such legal professional in Spain under this name and certainly no offices or companies registered.
Neither are there any court claims in the Arona Courts or the Santa Cruz Courts!
On the initial cold call from the employee of Armando Gareca the timeshare consumer is informed about upcoming court claims against their resort.
The consumer can still join and all he needs to do is pay the procurator fees.
The fees are around 500 / 600 euros.
Strange enough these fees are to be paid into personal bank accounts.
