A company pretending to be a “legal company”, using the name of Life Bloom Legal services is approaching consumers who were defrauded before.
They state they are acting for the Bank of Spain and offering money back following the recent police raids on scammers.
The callers from Life Bloom Legal Services are adamant the consumer can receive a compensation pay out through them, even those consumers who actually already received a refund under the Consumer Act.
Life Bloom Legal services states the consumer can try and claim the compensation on their own, although they would need the help of a very “expensive” Spanish lawyer, or use them to do all the work for a small fee.
When asked for more information by email, or at least a document to back up their statements before taking up the services, the consumer is told they can no longer claim due to being “un-cooperative” and Life Bloom has handed their case back to the Bank of Spain.
Contact details are a Spanish landline number 0034 951 203 846 and email lifebloomserviceslegaldept@gmail.com
The statement of the Bank of Spain paying out compensations to victims of fraudulent companies, who have been raided by the police, makes no sense at all and is certainly untrue!
