About mindtimeshare
Mindtimeshare SLU is registered Company reg number: B35957182 Mindtimeshare provides assistance to timeshare owners who have been defrauded by holiday clubs and bogus resale companies.
The Mindtimeshare project was launched in February 2011.
After dealing with timeshare members over several years who had been defrauded by numerous bogus companies and for large amounts of money, I considered launching an Organisation to help timeshare owners that have been targeted by bogus companies. On this blog you can find information about the different active scam companies and their “modus operandi” and also place comments, ask questions and see comments from other consumers who have the same doubts or have been through the same experience.
Mindtimeshare has resulted in a huge success and has received the back up from not only timeshare consumers but also from the professionals in the timeshare Industry.
Mindtimeshare helps timeshare owners who have been scammed by bogus Discount Holiday Clubs; bogus cash back companies; fraudulent timeshare resale companies; bogus class action companies and false lawyers and notaries. We offer professional answers and advice to Timeshare users.

As written by Simon we have just received Another call from Direct Getaway. Yesterday my husband was contacted by them and told he owed £600+ but they would settle for £350. He refused to pay until he saw paperwork today it was £350 immediately with no paper work or £1200+ and a visit by people with a warrant. My husband is in I’ll health. Legal action pending and we will leave no stone unturned in n finding them as they say they have 300 telephone lines …….that’s why they have a with held no.
Don’t remember doing this we have just had a call telling us we have a Court judgement taken out on us for not paying their fees no e-mail no reminder that we have to pay this, have just had a call from our credit card company to say they have taken the money they say they are owed by us, like you we are gutted that we went for this they are so rude on the phone and will not send us copies of the forms we are supposed to have signed.
Its a complete case of fraud. Heather

I have just received a call with follow-up emails from an organisation calling themselves Refund Action Group. The emails seem to include criticism of Mindtimeshare. Would you like me to forward details? If so, please remind me of the email address to use.
I have just received a call from some horrible lady from Direct Getaway who threatened bailiffs and court action if I didn’t pay a second payment. I am not aware of having any feelings with Direct Getaway. She was told this is a TPS number and she’d best get on with it.
