A strange and dubious company is cold calling by the name of IECA Consulting.
They seem to pretend to be a legal mediation office in Malaga, Spain and helping out consumers to recover money from frauds and Cashback schemes.
Their pitch isn’t really a new one, and IECA Consulting is also one of those companies that provide contact details with address, phone number and everything, but then only likes to communicate by email or fax…No post!
This seems to be something happening often with fake companies, or better-said fake “employees” pretending to be calling on behalf of a company, but in reality they have nothing to do with such company.
So to give the consumer the impression he is talking to a real company, a company you can find on Google has a company registration and an office address…but in reality it is all a lie and as a matter of fact the company in question has probably no idea this is happening.
IECA Consulting is an example of imposters who are mis using a name.
