Barlow & Scott are cold-calling consumers claiming to be a solicitors office from York.
Telephone numbers of these so called solicitors Barlow & Scott is: 01904 501 389
The consumers they approach all seem to have one thing in common which is the fact they all purchased a Club Class membership in the past.
The story told by the agent of Barlow & Scott is that there is money being held by the Trustees for Club Class Claims.
It appears that the actual purchase of the Club Class membership by the consumer was never properly completed due to the fact the consumer did not have an NIE number.
The consumer can claim now a refund of the money paid to Club Class, but of course he would need to arrange for this “missing” NIE number first.
And yes, you guess right, here we have Barlow & Scott who offer a helping hand and for £500 this issue can be solved.
For the moment we have been unable to trace a company on the Companies House register by the name of Barlow & Scott.
Neither is there something as “Trustees of Club Class Claims”
NIE numbers are Spanish Tax ID numbers, and you certainly do NOT need such number when buying into a Discounted Travel Membership Club such as Club Class, as you are not buying any property or similar. So the story if the missing NIE is completely nonsense!

Advise anyone to Google the name and area, just done this, and no same name combinations appear, from my search.
Hello – I have conducted a check online – on the quoted telephone number – and the number does not appear to exist. There is a site – WHO CALLED ME – and they do not appear to have a listing.
