Consumers have now started to receive cold calls from a company called:
Abogados AG or Armando Gonzalez Areca

The “Modus Operandi” stays the same as mentioned in our article: “Have you received a call from a lawyer in Tenerife to join an upcoming claim?”
Please be careful when receiving such fake offers over the phone and do not submit any further personal details to these companies.
If you received a call from Abogados AG, Armando Gonzalez Areca or any other “lawyers office” promising successful claims, please let us know.

we were getting calls from these people and they said they could get us money back from Club la costa. They gave us court dates etc for taking our case to court, we have recived the paperwork and they are asking for Procurator fee of 586€. We thought we would check out all the names on the paperwork and this is the company that is dealing with our claim Abogados. So are you telling us that they are trying to con us. Their address is 4 Calle de S. Francisco, Santa Cruz De tenerife. The court paper is in Spanish so we don’t know what it says. That address is Juzgado de Primera Instancia No5 Av. Tres de Mayo, 3, 38003, Santa Cruz de Tenerife
