Cold Caller List October 2017

Dear All,

The new list of cold callers has just been updated and we counted in October 2017 a total of 59 cold calling companies.

From the 59 companies, 22 company names appear to be new.

Some names are very similar, and almost sure they are the same people, but as they keep on presenting themselves on the phone with the different names, we prefer to publish all the variations.

For a full list of all the cold callers please click on the following link:

Yet again we had to add names to the long list of fraudulent lawyers in Tenerife, about whom we wrote an article last month: https://wp.me/p1kmoi-2ac

The names of the 22 new companies are:

  • Abogados AG – Armando Gonzalez Areca
  • Action Asset Recovery (FAKE)
  • Adventure Voyage Club
  • AG Abogados
  • Barratt Consultancy
  • Carlton Claims Direct
  • Carter Price Solicitors
  • Charleston & Co
  • Contract Advice Bureau
  • European Liquidations
  • Halifax Bank fraud and security (FAKE)
  • Madrid H Court Ministerio
  • Marco Cravina Asesoria – Marco Carvina
  • Midland Advisory Services
  • Oliver James
  • Oriz Meijer Abogados
  • Purchaser Group
  • Regal Finance Company (FAKE)
  • Secure Financial (FAKE)
  • The Purchaser Group
  • Timeshare Management

Please be careful with any cold call or dubious call you receive regarding your Holiday membership with offers that sound too good to be true.

Let us know about any call you receive as we keep record on all activity and of course if we detect a new company we investigate and place warnings on the blog.

Thanks for your continuous cooperation and support!

I have received a call from Holiday Litigation making all the usual claims about recent Spanish Supreme Court cases and how they can assist us with cancelling the contract and even receiving compensation. Has anybody any experience of dealing with this company?

  2. Anon says:

I was called by Mr David Lee, he is a bogus caller calling from averglade, asking for money upfront, which we did I am ashamed to say, money paid I to an account of the name of Miss E Mozo, do not entertain him I have tried to ring him 3 times today guess what he isn’t answering, what a scum of of the earth, putting it mildly

      Hi John,
We have been having dealings with this company-Client Contract Services-since August and at first thought that they were a genuine company. But since September we are not so sure. They have passed our request to terminate our timeshare on to a bone fide Solicitor as promised but we cannot find out, despite several phone calls and emails, just what they have done with the money we paid them up front to do this.
They have also closed the office that we were dealing with in Smithaleigh, Devon with no forwarding address/telephone number apart from the head? office in Islip, Northamptonshire – so BEWARE!
      Regards, Pat

    Hi.

I had a call from a ‘new’ company last night, calling themselves CTS Consulting, telephone 02039-314040. They talked about the usual stuff; mis-selling of timeshare. They said they could arrange for us to talk to one of their advisers, either in Perth or Redditch (that location has come up before from several different companies who have called us). I told them I was not interested, and when asked why I said I did not want to waste a lot of my time and money visiting and talking to somebody who would ask me for money up front and then not do anything. In a new twist on a familiar approach, I then had a call back from Tracy, their ‘Compliance Officer’, asking why I did not want to proceed with them. I simply repeated that I did not want to waste my time.

    • Anthony says:

I have had several cold-calls on this same phone number 02039 314040 by people claiming to be from ‘Easy Steps’. A number of other members of a DRI Members group I belong to have also been approached by ‘Easy Steps’. The phone number appears to be a fake 0203 number intended to look as if the call was made from London.

  5. LINDEN says:

Hi I’ve just received an email from my timeshare options

  6. Deborah says:

Just do your homework. Never part with money up front and keep watching this site. Pass the details on to this site, TATOC, and your timeshare company. Be careful.

  7. john says:
