This cold caller by the name of Language Services and Solutions – LSS seems to be new, although the name of Barras has been mentioned several times before with other dubious calls.
But this time Mr. Barras seems to be targeting consumers who have a Bond from the company Inversion Cashback Services – ICS
Those who know this bond, also know that nobody got paid out and they are actually not at the address they gave for their offices, 115 Fairways Village, 38620 Golf del Sur, Santa Cruz de Tenerife as this is actually a Café!
Mr Barras explains to the consumer that his company, Language Services and Solutions (LSS), are acting as a UK intermediary language service for ADMINISTRATION WACHOVIA ESP.
A letter supplied by Mr Barras, from this Spanish company, states that Wachovia Madrid has taken over the administration of ICS, and the company no longer has control of it’s assets. The letter states that they have the assistance of a legal translator in the UK and to contact them to re-register our certificate to begin the process of claiming.
Mr Barras supposedly has checked with the Spanish Tax authority regarding tax paid by the marketer on the original transaction. It looks like this tax is still outstanding and it is up to the consumer now to pay the tax at 10% either to LSS or to the LSS solicitor.
In that way the consumer will be paid out finally the money of the ICS Bond.
William Barras also explains that his company LSS does not handle the money directly, but their company solicitor would have to handle the money transfer.
Mr Samuel Horner the solicitor will ring the consumer and kindly explain how they can pay the taxes.
Indeed Samuel Horner rings the consumer and provides a bank account in his own name where the consumer can pay.

Please note that there is no such company called Language Service and Solutions or LSS and neither is there a company that has “taken over” from ICS and is paying out the bonds!

We have been caught by Solutions through La Pinta in Los Americanos Tenerife. We have now got out of La Pinta ownership in 2017 by having 2 years free as they introduced us to Solutions to get us out of Timeshare in Malta. You have to phone up to speak to a women who is very sharp and abrupt could be in her apartment not a office. This is too long about these terrible people but handing back our timeshare certificate’s before having to pay yearly amounts was very lucky for us. We had 2 years free stay at la Pinta, which had the whole placed closed for refurbishment 2017. Also part is a hotel.
