Hi,
Just had a call from the Contract Advice Service, telephone 01733807847, asking if we are still timeshare owners, were aware of the latest legislation regarding miss-selling of timeshares, and whether we are happy or not with our timeshare. I told them we were happy with our timeshare, and to remove us from their database.

I have just seen an advert in my daily paper the Daily Record with a full page spread on claiming timeshare compensation through a company working on behalf of lansdown financial limited in Birmingham. Is this a trusted company. I have tried to find out myself but can’t find anything. So any info would be great. Thanks

We had an approach yesterday that we have not had or heard about before. It was a phone text message from +447901502016 which read ‘Attn CLC Owners: Unhappy? Can’t get holidays? Want to claim money back to year 2000 from CLC? UK legal funding Option. Stop maintenance fees, text back! INFO’
Have you seen this type of approach before, or heard about this number? I have not replied to them. I also intend to inform CLC about the approach.
