A new fake lawyer has been detected by the name of Manuel Hidualdo Abogados.
Different name, same story though as the cold call is yet again about an imminent court claim against a timeshare resort or fraudulent company, and the consumer being able to join the claim.
In order to do so he does need to pay a procurator fee of around 750 euros.
This procurator fee is only the first payment request of a long and sad story of cheating people out of their money until they realize they are being defrauded.
The layout and text of the website http://manuelhidualdo.com doesn’t leave much doubt that this is yet another name of the large group of fake lawyers mentioned on this blog already.
