A dubious company seems to be cold calling consumers who have been defrauded in the past by several bogus resale companies and so called “legal companies” that would recover the money for them.
Now it is Catmar Power Legals that yet again approach consumers, victims of frauds, to tell them the money has been recovered on their behalf and waiting to be transferred to their accounts.
The agent from this company Catmar Power Legals is called Malcolm Daniels.
Malcolm Danielsis one of those people that seem to know all about the frauds the consumer suffered in the past.
He comes up with a substantial amount, which supposedly has been recovered through the Spanish courts.
The consumer will have to pay a 5% over the awarded amount in order to release the money.
This money needs to be paid into a bank account on the Costa del Sol in Spain.
