Timeshare Cold Callers for the month of April 2018

Another month has finished and we present as always the cold callers that have been active in the past month, April 2018.

We counted 64 cold calling companies of which 18 are new company names.

It has to be pointed out that some companies actually use 2 or 3 different names!

For a complete list of the 64 cold callers please click on the following link:

The new company names are:

Apart from many companies cold calling and offering claims against the resorts, or even the exchange companies, we also see an increase in the so-called Recovery Room Fraud.

This type of fraud is a method where scammers contact victims of previous frauds (often by cold calling) and claim to be able to recover previously lost funds.

When these fraudsters target victims of timeshare frauds they usually claim to be a legal professional or a representative of a government agency (normally within the country where the original timeshare property was based) in order to appear legitimate.

Fraudsters already know personal information

The fraudsters know personal details about the victim and their previous dealings with other bogus companies, which gives them credibility. They claim that the advanced fees requested are for “local taxes’ or ‘litigation costs’ incurred during the recovery of the funds.

It is suspected that the persons behind these kinds of fraudulent set ups are often the same people involved in the original scams even though these crimes may have occurred years earlier.

Please do not fall into this trap!

If you receive a cold call, with whatever offer related to your timeshare or Holiday ownership, do contact us and we can provide information about the company or check them out.

  1. Nigel says:

I have been contacted by CSL Marketing regarding my Timeshare at the Kololi Beach club in the Gambia with regard to relieving me of it, due to the perpetuity clause as my children are not interested in taking it over.
We have not got down to details as yet, no up front money has been mentioned, but a charge would be applied when(and if!) the unit is sold.
I note that they are on your cold caller list, do you think it is better to walk away when they are phoning back in a few days time and not take it any further?

  2. Lee says:

Claim your Claim contacted me to offer “All my
money back on my time share in CLC”
They offer a free holiday in Tenerife and a claim on Lloyd’s , Barclays etc banks who perpetuated mid-selling and legislation in the EC of Justice had said people can claim.
They claim 100% success rate but I cannot find anything about the legislation!!!

I will not be paying this fee.

I have just been rung by the Claims Centre from Birmingham on number 03332122505 no upfront cost pay 30% when they have successfully got me out of Diamond. As my visitors arrived it was a good time to end their call as I had just read your cold callers list for April.

  7. Anne says:

Yup, Timeshare Council are at it big time according to Who calls me. They just called me but happily, I wasn’t in. I have reported them to information Commissioner

  8. Nigel says:

    Good morning,
I have been cold called by a company calling themselves Timeshare Compensation, phone number 02921202254 or 08000465640. name of Andrew Frazer.
Apparently they are able to get me out of my original Timeshare contract, within about 12 weeks, particularly if the words “in perpetuity” are in the details.
They have apparently associated offices in Bournemouth, York and Stratford on Avon, where I would have to attend a meeting with a consultant , where he would go through my original paperwork and charge me £99.for the pleasure.
I would then be informed of further charges!
Do you know of these people, have you come across them before, and do you have any advise for me? Should I steer well clear of them?

Do you know of any genuine Timeshare resellers who I could place mine with in an effort to sell it?

    • Deb says:

Always steer clear of cold callers whether it be boilers or timeshare. Have you asked your timeshare company what they can do? There are options. And, no, I don’t work for a timeshare company! ✈️🌅
