3 Easy Steps, cold calling appointment maker for Contract Claims Consultancy

New cold calling companies are brought to our attention every single day. Some last 2 or 3 calls and you never hear anything about them and others seem to last for years.

3 Easy Steps is one of those companies that were already brought to our attention months ago. But now it seems they have started more actively.

3 Easy Steps cold calls timeshare owners and offers a consultation to evaluate a claim against their timeshare resort.

3 Easy Steps have a website – www.3easysteps.co.uk– where they explain how “simple” this procedure is.

This Website was registered on the 19th of November 2017 but apart from a telephone number 01923 889115 and email address timeshare@3easysteps.co.uk they don’t provide any company information, registration or an address.

All they do actually is explain that they work with “other” companies they call partners, supposed specialists in Timeshare Terminations and Timeshare Claims who can assist with termination and claims.

So 3 Easy Steps is not the claims specialist, they are not legal professionals, and as per their own explanations, they will pass the Consumer to “other specialist companies”.

Surprising though is that consumers who were approached by 3 Easy Steps were not really referred to legal professionals, but yet again to an “intermediate” company.

The company is Contract Claims ConsultancyCCC

The website and Companies House registration from CCC is from November 2017, but they display testimonial son their web from apparent happy customers with dates far before November 2017.

Contract Claims Consultancy or CCC explains on their website www.contractclaimsconsultancy.comthat they are a team of “highly trained assessors to advise on all owners of miss sold timeshare” but they insist that they are NOT solicitors and they will not give any legal advice.

So how many people does one need to speak to before you get to the solicitor who than finally can give you an opinion based on the legislation?

Does this make sense at all?

If you have been approached by a cold calling company wanting to make appointments for meetings or home visits in order to discuss a possible claim, please let us know.
