And more BOGUS procurators! Latest being Ramon Josardo Golmerz!

The list of fraudulent lawyers and procurators set up by the same gang in Tenerife does not come to an end, and yet again we have been made aware of a new name.

This time the name they use is Procuradores Ramon Josardo Golmerz.

The fake lawyers in Tenerife use these bogus procurator offices after they have caught the attention of a consumer with their story of an upcoming court claim the consumer can join.

Once they have the consumer going along with the story and thinking they are joining a claim on a no win no fee basis, the next step is when the supposed claim has taken place and money has been awarded.

That is when the consumer is presented with the bill for the procurator.

Ramon Josardo Golmerz is not a procurator, and certainly not a legal professional or anything near that!

Ramon Josardo Golmerz is the bank account holder where these fraudsters expect the innocent consumer to pay the fees.

In order to have the consumers buying into these stories they even set up a website www.procuradores-golmerz.com and display a fake address:

There won’t be an end to the requests for money and the promised compensation claim you are supposed to receive NEVER arrives as it DOES NOT EXIST!
