Cold calls and legal services don’t really add up if you take into account the Data Protection law. But that doesn’t seem to be a problem for the company Chreightons and Reis Associates who happily started their cold call campaign this week.
With a website www.chreightonsandreisassociates.com registered at the beginning of October 2018, they present themselves as the “Lawyers & claims experts based in London and Madrid”
No companies have been found so far as registered on the UK Companies House or Spanish Registro Mercantil by the name of Chreightons and Reis Associates.
They do not mention who the fully qualified and experienced solicitors are that will handle your matters….
Their London office is supposedly based at 33 Chancery Lane, WC2A 1EN, and there is no telephone number mentioned on the web.
On their paperwork they do provide a number apparently in London: 0044 0203 598 7834
The Spanish office in Madrid is based at Calle de Feman Gonzalez, 36, 28009 and this office can be reached on a Spanish mobile: 0034 602 427 270

Initially it looks like they are targeting mainly ISS / REALISTIX consumers who purchased into this dubious DVD Software package years ago and where Chreightons and Reis Associates are now offering a claim to recover the money.
There is no clear or logical explanation on how they obtained this information about the consumer having dealt with these companies in the past.
If Chreightons and Reis Associates already contacted you from 02035987834 and offered a claim to get your money back paid to dubious companies in the past, please do let us know.

Just had phone call, asking for the nie number, if i dont have one you or we can get one for you, mmmm, dodgy, asking about ISS, how he can get my money back, wanting all reciepts, etc,etc, anyone else had this questions asked this week love to hear if what this firm is
I too have been contacted by Robert Lee he said I could get all my money back even though I only paid a deposit before cancelling the contract. He asked for my NIE number and also a copy of my passport both old and new.as I was suspicious I did not do this. He rang again this evening and was most insistent that I could get all of the contract value of £10k but when I questioned this he got annoyed and just said if I want to walk away just do it and then hung up. Needless to say he didn’t call back and I doubt that he will. The thing that really upsets me is that this was a scam the same as we went through 5 years ago!!! How do these people sleep at night.
We have been contacted today by Robert Lee from this supposed firm of specialists and lawyers claiming that although we had only ever paid a deposit to ISS and then changed our minds, we would be entitled to the full £12,000 purchase price back as a result of a class action in Spain. He asked for no money, but was particularly interested in whether our contract has an NIE number. He is going to call back after the weekend once I’ve had the chance of finding the paperwork. From the above blog post I would guess my contract won’t have an NIE, and the next step will be to ask for money from us for one. Thanks to Mindtimeshare I will be proceeding no further!
We have been contacted by this company by telephone and email claiming to be able to get us a full refund for what we paid to ISS. A Mark Pond had initially said he wanted no bank details from us and that he can get us a refund but 3 days later he now requires a bank transfer of £490 processing fee !! I am thinking this is a c** but my wife wants us to go ahead to get our ISS money back
