One more fake lawyers office in Tenerife has been detected recently, this one by the name of La Litigacion Española – LLE- with web www.lalitigacionespanola.com

This complete fake office, is yet again trying to cheat innocent consumers out of their hard earned money by promising court claims, class actions and substantial amounts of money to be recovered.
Consumers mention they were offered a claim on a no win no fee basis against their resort, without any payment upfront but the fees would be deducted once the money was awarded, and these would be a 20% over the awarded amount.
But soon after they stated about the no win no fee, they started to ask for “additional” costs such as procurator, translations, etc, which had to be paid upfront!
The company La Litigacion Española also has a web domain, latitigacionespanola.comthat was registered in November 2018. There is though no web set up.

Consumers are also contacted by the supposed “claims department”, and these emails are signed with the name of Alberto Nalgata Solatez (Departmento De Reclamaciones)
Please note that this is all FAKE! There is no such company in Spain by the name of La Litigacion Española, there are no court claims or class actions you can join over the phone and the names used by the these people such as Alberto Nalgata, are fake as well.
