This week we received several emails from concerned timeshare consumers who all were contacted by a company using the name of Sanchez Gracia & Asociados.
This company who initially seems to be targeting Dutch speaking Timeshare consumers, is offering supposed court claims against timeshare resorts and also the recovery of money lost through previous scams (recovery fraud).
Sanchez Garcia & Asociados claims to be acting of the court in Madrid, the Juzgado de Primera Instancia and they state the court case already took place and money has been set aside for the consumer as well.
Amounts of around € 20.000 are mentioned but first the consumer needs to pay a 9,2% over the awarded amount to cover the costs.
This payment is to be made by bank transfer in the name of an individual.
Sanchez Garcia y Asociados has set up a website sanchezgarciayasociados.com which was registered in October 2018.
The only contact details available on the website is an email address info@sanchezgarciayasociados.com
There is no office address, no company details, nothing. Even the telephone number appears as 000 000 000
From consumers who were called we know the number is +34 919014251
Taking into account this company Sanchez Garcia y Asociados is pretending to be a legal company, it appears to be more that dubious that they don’t comply with the current legislation on their website.
If Sanchez Garcia y Asociados has contacted you by phone from +34 91 901 4251 and offered a pay out from a claim that has already been through the courts, do let us know.
