Abogados Litigacion, more of the same!

Readers probably think we are copying the same warnings over and over again, but no, this is yet again “another” fake lawyer from Tenerife with a slight twist in the name.

Abogados Litigacion is again a cold caller who offers consumers to join supposed upcoming court claims against their resort or against other companies that defrauded them in the past.

With the insistence it will all be on a No win No fee basis, lots of consumers do fall for this trap and are quickly presented with certain costs that need to be paid before they will get their awarded money.

So much for the No win No fee.

With a website and log very similar to all the other ones of this same fraudulent set up: http://abogadoslitigacion.com these fake lawyers try to convince the consumer they are for real and money will be coming their way.

The supposed lawyer working in this company Abogados Litigacion is called Juan Drimelas Deolaro.

Needless to say that the company Abogados Litigacion does NOT exist, and Mr. Juan Drimelas Deolaro neither.

We are currently in correspondence with Abogados Litigacion awaiting receipt of settlement cheque. Some hope it seems…all seemed in order and most convincing. Now becoming most angry in wanting to know who can you trust…in this timeshare nightmare………

will this ever end, these greedy vile so called people, if you can do what we done surrender your timeshare and move on , dont stay tied to them and their circle of evil,we walked away, but felt a weight lifted off our shoulders.
