The time has come again where we have another cold caller with fantastic offer of lawsuits and cancellations of timeshare contracts.
The so-called lawyers of B Olmo Asociados are only too happy to help the timeshare consumer.
That they just call out of the blue and therefore clearly do not comply with the law of data protection doesn’t seem to bother them.
But who are B Olmo Asociados?
Certainly not an office, which can be found at the Companies House in Spain, and also the so-called registration numbers that are mentioned on their web, cannot be found anywhere else.
The website www.bolmoasociados.com was registered on 1 November 2018. So at the beginning of this month.
The strangest thing about the web is not only that there is no privacy statement but certainly the lack of a telephone number!

The person calling from the Olmo Asociados office is Henk de Koning.
According to Henk de Koning, a 70% of the timeshare contracts are illegal and must be cancelled by a court of law, and with the help of the lawyers of Olmo Asociados.
With regard to a possible payment, they inform the consumer as follows: “In this case, only the statutory administrative costs of 9.2% of the amount granted are to be deposited into a fiduciary bank account of the Court (Escrow account) after which the Court of First Instance immediately instructs to transfer to you the amount allocated into your bank account, and no other costs will be paid by you. ”
So clearly, you have to pay first once you receive the “good news” that thousands have been awarded to you and when you pay the money you will get yours… well…
And that comes from a law firm, which is not registered, does not have a telephone number on their web, just cold calls at once and simply states you can get a lot of money.
This is not to be trusted and we strongly advise against sending any information or money to this fake company.
