A new and very active cold caller has been brought to our attention by the name of O1C Leisure and Legal Solutions.
The agent “David” and “Amber” from O1C Solutions seem to be targeting for the moment all consumers who previously purchased a Club Class Membership.
The Consumer is informed by O1C Solutions that they are still a member from Club Class and unpaid membership fees, which have built up to a substantial amount.
This debt has to be paid now, or the consumer faces legal recovery proceedings in a Spanish court.
Luckily O1C Leisure and Legal Solutions can help out as they are offering legal services.
Cold callers are never a good starting point, but when they also offer legal services it seems rather strange.
So we did a bit of research on this new company.
Their website www.o1csolutions.com was set up in January 2019.
The web is only available in English and they only have an English contact number.
They point out that the company is registered at the Spanish companies house, which indeed they are, and which indicates they company address is in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol.
Company registration was done at the end of February 2019, which means that right now they have been active for 3 weeks. (http://www.infocif.es/ficha-empresa/o1c-leisure-and-legal-solutions-sl)
Not the 30 years of experience they claim to have on their website!
Unless they had a different company name…

Received a call from Oic Legal Solutions yesterday afternoon regarding Monster Credits, I asked a few questions and was told that an advisor would call me back today.
So I did some homework which made up my mind to reject an dealings with this company.
The advisor rang me, I told the lady that I had done my homework on the company and would not be taking up their offer to help, and said goodbye.
The advisor rang again and left a very rude message on my answer machine.
I think that says it all.

To day, the 6 of november, l was contacted by this company. The reasen why, they said , was my earlyer membership in EZE group
Yes they have Contacted me about my Timeshare at access to leisure Malta
I too have been contacted by 0iC, regarding the Monster scam and they offered there services at a cost of £2200 plus VAT. I do not want throw anymore money away, they do say payment is by Credit card so are covered under section 75. I am not so sure.
They also explain that there is 10M frozen, Question if it is frozen, and is under major fraud investigation which monster is, how would any monies be released even by a court judgement.
I won’t be paying out another penny after the Monster sc**, and then the Tess s*** last year, which cost around £660.
hello I have been contacted today by a lady from O1C legal in regard to eze group she said that eze group are in the Malaga court and that I could get our money back but would need to go to the court in Malaga lodge a claim in the next day or two as I cannot go right now they will act for me but I need to pay court fees of £798.00 upfront but I will be able to claim this back I have paid nothing yet does anyone know anything is this a scam? Martin
I have also been contacted but am sure it’s a scam as it had details re ABC Lawyers which should have been Data Protected. I think it’s part of the same outfit which is being investigated by the Fraud Squad.
I just received a call from Jackie at O1C Leisure and Legal Solution regarding paying money to Monster Credits.
She explained that Monster has gone into liquidation and that the owner, Mark Rowe, is being investigated and I might get a call from the police to assist them.
I told her I wouldn’t be paying another penny to anything to do with these people; she said she will email me and get a senior person to call me and discuss what they can do for me and it will be with no obligation.
We will see what happens!!
Yes, I have had a similar call today about Monster Credits etc and it is obviously a sc**. Was from O1C in Malaga and the callers name was Ella Anderson. Said they would e-mail me details etc so I will see what that consists of for interest sake. Avoid these types of bogus callers.
Hello to anyone who could advise. Thank you I have received papers from Oi C to sign I am not going to as I do not trust anyone these days for being SCAMMED so many times and losing a lot of money trying to get out of these rogues. Has anyone had any success. form anyone. They should all be slapped into Jail.
Hi there Just to let you know I was contacted by someone saying they were from club class and would I like to cancel my membership at a cost of a few hundred pounds. I told them to take it out of the money they owed me for the 4 holidays and £4,000 pound they still owe me and then I hung up. yours Dougie
