Have you received the email from Timeshare Claims – Cash 4 U?

It’s not always a cold call the consumers receive with strange and dubious offers.

Some companies also like to send emails, or most probably they do not have the consumers telephone number.

Still, the fact they have the email address and know that the person behind it is a timeshare owner or Holiday Club member raises the question of where they obtained this information.

Information like that is private and personal, so again we have to remind these companies about the Law on Data Protection!

Latest email received is one from a company called Cash For U or Timeshare Claims Cash4u

The email reads as follows:

From: Timeshare Claims <timeshareclaims.cash4u@gmail.com

Cc: Timeshare.Claims@cash4u.com
Subject: Holiday Club Owners Mis Sold

For The Attention of All Timeshare Holiday Club scheme owners Intelligent Software Solutions, Eze Group, Monster Travel Etc

This email is to make you aware of the recent foreclosure of the above-mentioned companies.
You may or not be aware that these have recently ceased trading leaving existing paid customers without the holiday club scheme they bought into.

Perhaps you also had a timeshare contract that you traded in as part of the deal that is still in your name presenting further problems.

If you are interested in our company looking into the possibility of either relinquishing your existing timeshare liability or claiming against the said company for breach of contract, please contact me for further information.

Kind Regards

On Behalf Of Cash For U
Kate Thornley

This email does not look very professional to say the least!

It lacks all kinds of company details; they don’t even display a telephone number, nothing, let alone an address, or Companies House registration…

Taking up the services from a company who sends out emails from a free server such as Gmail, lacking all kinds of important information doesn’t really seem to be very sensible.

If all they have from you is an email address and name of holiday club you purchased, we certainly think you should leave it like that and not provide any further details.

After all, you don’t know whom you are talking to!

If you received this email as well from Kate Thornley, On Behalf Of Cash For U, please do let us know.
