Sad enough it seems that the fake lawyer set up from Tenerife is continuing their fraudulent practices, and has started again with all kinds of fake websites, fake lawyers, procurators, notaries, etc.
Please never believe a cold caller that tells you there is a court claim you can join!
If you receive a call you did not expect, for as much as the caller knows about you and your dealings with dubious companies in the past, or what kind of timeshare membership you have, do NOT trust them!
Your details are not open to the public, they are not on a register everybody can access and any court or judge will not give them out.
Protect yourself against cold callers, ask questions, investigate, do research and ask us!

Hi ive had a call from a young man saying he was from platinum weeks saying i have 4 weeksto bank. He is calling me back on monday just want to check that he is who he said he is please
I had a cold call today from Platinum Weeks – the lady said that I had 4 free weeks holiday accommodation that I’d not claimed.
I have been contacted by platinum Weeks earlier this week & follow-up call! Knew all about our holiday club details & even went on to say her father is a member who willing takes these breaks! Completely different approach from previous callers, that much so I could have believed her! Then you get that little niggling doubt! Glad I found your list of new cold callers..thank you think I’ll pass on this call!
i was cold called by Nordic Consulting then emailed when they couldn’t reach me are they genuine
