We counted a total of 45 cold calling companies of which 7 are new companies in this list.

Please note that the calls might be “cold” for you, but these are certainly not random calls when the person on the other end of the line knows perfectly well what you own, where you own and how much you paid for this!

These private and personal details are not open to the public, there are no registers these companies can access and take out names and contact details, it is just not true!

Your personal details are protected by the Data Protection Law, and any cold calling company is not complying with this law to start.

The fact these plausible people on the line have all your details, should not create a sense of “trust”, it should be the complete contrary and alarm bells should be ringing immediately!

Anyone heard of claim support line 01134407211 no win no fee alternative number 01189968288 seem to know all about our timeshare with diamond resorts want us to claim for misselling with a25% feeif sucessful

I have been persuaded to pay Extratime on line for holidays, which have proved to be unsuccessful, together with many further telephone calls for more payments, always suggested as the final payment, which always include Vat

Hi I wonder if you could help we have been contacted by someone called Christine Ward who is based in Tenerife and says she works independently on a no win/ no fee basis and only when the money is received you pay 20%. Have you heard of her.

received letter from Arcofer Abogados, Anabell Elsworth. with Palm Oasis cancelation form, letter saying Supreme Court in Madrid ruled against owners for malpractice.
above Lawer will get compensation of timeshare cost and Court fees will be payable!
I will not be replying, after reading your info. Thank you. what a bunch of scum b…….

Hi

Just received a call for a guy saying he was calling from the advise bureau regarding my timeshare at Hollywood mirage I advised him not interested in what he has to say and hung up obviously a scam the number he called from was 07520640392 please advise everyone not to talk to these guys
